Xenia Rise Serviced Apartments ("Xenia Rise", "we", "us") is a property management company acting as a managing agent. We market, manage and arrange the day-to-day running of the apartments featured on this website on behalf of their individual owners. We are not the owners of these apartments. Each property is independently owned, and we act solely as an agent on the owners' behalf.
Bookings and payments
All bookings, payments and guest communications are conducted exclusively through Airbnb. We do not take bookings or payments directly through this website.
